Customize Timesheet Settings
10+ settings — clock-wise or hour-wise booking, recovery rate per hour, office holidays, minimum hours required, and which services it applies to.
What you can do here
- Clock-wise or hours-wise, and the app tells you which to pick
- One method across every branch, on purpose
- But choose which branches keep timesheets at all
- A recovery rate per person
- Minimum required and maximum allowable hours, per person
- The days each person is expected to work
- Decide who may see recovery rates and amounts at all
- Apply timesheets only to the services that need them
- Only a branch's own people appear, because currencies differ
- Define what counts as chargeable on client and on office
- Your own time codes
- Block the days nobody should be posting
- Allow posting after a job is finished, or do not
- Stop people posting forward
- Posting time after a job is billed needs its own permission
- Catch time posted outside attendance
