Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to every payment made to Gajanan Softwares Private Limited for the MyTask software and its add-ons.

1. No refunds

Payment is to be made 100% in advance and is nonrefundable.

This applies to subscription fees, add-on fees and any one-time charges, for every package and every term. Once a payment has been received, it is not returned in full or in part.

  • No refund is given for the unused part of a subscription term, including when a subscription is cancelled before the term ends.
  • No refund is given when the number of users or add-ons is reduced during a term.
  • No refund is given because the software was not used, or was used less than expected.

2. Try before you pay

Because fees are not refundable, we ask you to be sure before paying. You can open a free 7-day trial with your own data, or request a demo, at no cost and with no payment details taken.

3. Payments that fail

If an amount is debited from your account but the payment does not reach us, the payment has failed and no subscription is started against it. Such an amount is returned to the same account by your bank or the payment gateway under their own rules, normally within 5 to 7 working days. This is a reversal by the bank and not a refund by us. If it does not arrive, write to us with the transaction reference and we will help you follow it up.

4. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel, write to info@mytask.co from the email ID registered on your account. Fees already paid are not refunded on cancellation.

If you wish to cancel the service, your data will be retained on our system for 12 months. You will not be charged during this period. If you choose to reactivate your account during this period, you can work on the same data. After 12 months, all your data will be completely erased from our system. You can export the account data in Excel format as per reports available on www.mytask.co anytime as long as your account is active.
