10 reports come off this one screen, and 3 things you can do from inside it without opening another. Every one is named below, with what it actually answers — so you can tell before a demo whether this is the screen you have been doing by hand.

Leave Taken Month By Month, Staff By Staff
Every member of staff down the side, the twelve months of the financial year across the top, and a total on the end of each row. Sortable by any single month, so “who was away in July” is one click rather than a filter.

Who Has Taken The Most Leave This Year
The three highest totals, named, above the table — so the outliers are visible without reading fifty rows.
Leave Taken, Split By Type
Not one leave figure but five, each its own column: study and coaching-class leave, sick leave, college exam leave, ICAI exam / GMCS / ITT / orientation leave, and everything else. A firm training articled assistants is not running the same leave policy as one that is not, and a single total cannot tell the two apart.

Leave Adjustment
A correction term carried openly in the formula rather than applied behind it, so a manual change to somebody's balance is a visible entry instead of an unexplained difference.
Who Has The Most Leave Left
The other end of the same question: highest remaining balances, named above the table. Read with the most-taken list, it is the whole distribution in two lines.
Opening Leave Balance
What each person carried into the year before anything was taken.
Leave Taken
What they have actually used against it.
Compensatory Leave Given
Days granted back for work done outside normal hours — recorded rather than remembered, which is the only way a comp-off promise survives six months.
Leave Assumed As Present
Days away for ICAI exams, GMCS, ITT or orientation, treated as present rather than as leave. Kept as its own column rather than folded into the balance, so an articled assistant sitting exams is not quietly charged for it.
Net Leave Balance Remaining
The screen states its own arithmetic: opening balance (A) less leave taken (B) plus compensatory days (C) plus assumed-present days (D) plus any adjustment (E). Every term is a column, so the number can be argued with line by line instead of taken on trust.

Leave Marked Automatically
The dashboard syncs with the auto leave marking in geo-location attendance: where a rule says an absence or a short day becomes a half day, the system applies it and tells the person so. Those “rules defined half day leave marked by the system” notifications are this, arriving daily. Leave records that maintain themselves are the only kind that stay accurate.
Any office, any financial year
Read one branch on its own or the single office as a whole, for any year.
Find one person in the table
Search by name rather than scroll fifty staff.
