Daily Auto Email Reporting

30 reports come off this one screen, and 4 things you can do from inside it without opening another. Every one is named below, with what it actually answers — so you can tell before a demo whether this is the screen you have been doing by hand.

Reports from this screen30 reports

  1. Tasks Created Yesterday

Every job raised across the office yesterday, listed in full — client and file number, who created it, group, start date, financial year, period, milestone group and who it went to. Nineteen of them on a September Thursday, from QRMP filings to tax audits.

  2. Tasks Completed Yesterday

Everything finished, with who finished it and when it started — so a GSTR 1 opened on 3 September and closed on the 10th shows both dates side by side.

  3. Tasks Deleted Yesterday

Work removed rather than completed. Prints “No Data Available” on a clean day, which is itself the point: a silent report is not the same as a report nobody ran.

  4. Tasks Due Today

The one forward-looking figure in the email. Yesterday's activity arrives with today's commitments attached, so the report is read before the day starts rather than after it.

  5. Partially Completed Tasks, By Stage

Which milestone each unfinished job stopped at, counted across the office and then listed job by job — fifteen tax audits sitting at FS Approval, thirteen at FS Uploading, ten at Final Review and Print Out. The single most useful block in the email, because it says where the work is stuck rather than that it is stuck.

  6. Pending Issues Raised Yesterday

New blockers logged against jobs anywhere in the office.

  7. Pending Issues Cleared Yesterday

Blockers resolved, read against the ones raised.

  8. Pending Issues Deleted Yesterday

    Issues removed without being resolved.

  9. Pending Issues Due Today

Blockers that come due today, so they are chased before they turn into a late filing.

  10. Follow-ups Scheduled For Today

Every client chaser due today, in the email that arrives before anyone opens the software.

  11. Timesheet Summary: Short Or Excess Hours

Who posted less than their required hours yesterday and who posted more, summarised — the daily version of the monthly variance nobody looks at until it is too late to fix.

  12. Detailed Time Logs By Staff

Every timesheet entry posted yesterday, staff by staff.

  13. Staff Who Posted No Timesheet At All

The absence report. A missing timesheet is invisible in any system that only lists what was posted, and it is the entry that matters most — unrecorded hours are unbilled hours.

  14. Digital Signatures That Expired Yesterday

A DSC that expired overnight stops a filing today. This is the only warning that arrives before somebody discovers it at the portal.

  15. Digital Signatures Expiring Within 7 Days

A week's notice on every token about to lapse, renewed daily, so renewal is a scheduled job rather than an emergency.

  16. Leave Applied For

    Requests raised yesterday.

  17. Leave Approved

    What was granted.

  18. Leave Cancelled Or Rejected

    What was refused or withdrawn.

  19. Staff On Leave Today

Who is not in today — the figure that decides what can realistically be promised to a client this morning.

  20. Expenses Submitted

    Claims raised yesterday.

  21. Expenses Approved Or Rejected

What was cleared and what was refused.

  22. Disbursements Submitted

Money paid out on a client's behalf and recoverable from them, logged yesterday.

  23. Disbursements Approved Or Rejected

    Which of those were cleared.

  24. Documents Received Yesterday

Everything booked in from clients, so a partner knows what arrived without asking.

  25. Documents Given Out Yesterday

Everything that left the office, by whatever mode.

  26. Invoices Raised Yesterday

Invoices ENTERED yesterday, irrespective of the invoice date they carry. That distinction is the whole value: a bill dated last month and entered this morning appears today, where a date-based report would never show it.

  27. Receipts Entered Yesterday

Collections recorded yesterday, again irrespective of receipt date, so backdated entries surface on the day somebody actually made them.

  28. Service Estimates Created Yesterday

Quotes put in front of clients yesterday, irrespective of estimate date.

  29. Emails Sent Yesterday

Every client email sent from inside MyTask, so client contact is measurable rather than assumed.

  30. Birthdays In The Organisation Today

Small, and the reason people notice the email arrived.

Actions you can take from this screen4 actions

  1. Emailed early every morning, automatically

Sent automatically early each morning covering the whole of the previous day, with today's due work attached. Nobody runs it, nobody remembers to run it, and it reaches partners who never open the software at all.

  2. Superadmins and admins receive it by default

Every superadmin and admin is on the list by default; add, change or remove addresses as you like, or switch the whole thing off.

  3. A separate report per office

Each branch has its own daily report and its own recipient list — and branches here run genuinely different calendars: a Nepal office on a custom financial year, a Dubai office on the calendar year, and Indian offices on April to March. Each gets yesterday measured on its own year.

  4. Sent as a PDF with full details

Not a summary email with a link to log in. The counts arrive with the full listings underneath them — twenty-five pages on an ordinary Thursday — so the report can be read, forwarded and kept.
