Employee Report

9 reports come off this one screen, and 7 things you can do from inside it without opening another. Every one is named below, with what it actually answers — so you can tell before a demo whether this is the screen you have been doing by hand.

Reports from this screen9 reports

  1. Pending Tasks By Employee

Open work laid out person by person, with a firm-wide total on the end of every row.

  2. Priority Tasks By Employee

Who is holding the jobs that were flagged as urgent — the ones where a backlog costs a client rather than a day.

  3. Long Due Tasks By Employee

Work that has been sitting far too long, attributed. A firm-wide long-due figure tells you there is a problem; this tells you where it is.

  4. Tasks Not Started By Employee

Jobs allocated to someone and never opened — separated from work in progress, because they are a different conversation.

  5. Tasks With Pending Issues By Employee

Whose work is blocked, so a low completion count can be read as an obstruction rather than as under-performance.

  6. Tasks Due Today By Employee

Today's commitments, by the person who has to meet them.

  7. Tasks Due Within 7 Days By Employee

The week ahead per person — the figure to look at before promising a client anything.

  8. Tasks Crossed Due Date By Employee

Everything already late, attributed. The hardest column on the screen, and the reason the report exists.

  9. Task Type Wise Employee Report

The same eight measures cut by service instead of totalled — which tells you not just that someone is behind, but on what.

Actions you can take from this screen7 actions

  1. Filter by role: assigned user, leader, manager or member

Assigned user, task leader, task manager, task member, or any role at once. The same person's numbers change completely depending on which relationship you ask about, and reading only one of them is how a supervisor gets mistaken for someone who is overloaded.

  2. Pending, completed, or both

Run the whole report on open work, on finished work, or on both together.

  3. One branch, or every branch you can see

Read one office on its own or consolidate across all the branches a user has access to — the same report either way.

  4. Narrow to a financial year, period and service

All financial years, or drill down to one year, one period and one task type.

  5. Hide staff with no tasks

Drop zero-count rows so a sixteen-person table shows only the six people who actually hold work.

  6. Click a number to see its tasks

Switch from the consolidated summary to the underlying task list, so a figure can be checked rather than believed.

  7. Download the data

The chart as SVG or PNG for a partners' meeting, or the whole table as CSV.
